Yes, ask for it together with your quote request. The sample and courier cost is carried by the buyer and credited against the first order.

Goods load at Istanbul (Ambarlı) or Mersin under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms, and the export documents are prepared for you. In the EU, materials that touch food fall under Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, and in Germany the national Food and Feed Code (LFGB) applies on top. These are the standards your market looks for; they do not mean every article holds a document. Before you order, ask the manufacturer for the declaration of conformity of the exact article.

Name the article and the country you will sell in when you request the quote. The manufacturer is asked for the test report or declaration that market requires, for example Regulation 1935/2004 for the EU or the FDA food-contact rules for the United States. We pass on what the manufacturer holds and assume nothing.
