1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Maksimum B2B platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by MAKSIMUM GROUP LTD. ŞTİ., a company registered in Istanbul, Turkey. These terms govern all B2B transactions facilitated through the Platform.
2. Platform Description
Maksimum B2B is a wholesale marketplace connecting international buyers with Turkish manufacturers. The Platform facilitates:
- •Product discovery and catalog browsing from verified Turkish manufacturers.
- •Container-based ordering with real-time volume and weight calculations.
- •Proforma invoice generation with FOB, EXW, CIF, and DDP pricing.
- •Order management, shipment tracking, and documentation.
3. Registration & Accounts
Account rules:
- •You must register a business account to place orders. Personal consumer purchases are not supported.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- •All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
- •Maksimum B2B reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Orders & Pricing
Pricing and order rules:
- •All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversions are indicative only.
- •Prices shown are wholesale prices subject to minimum order quantities (typically 1 container).
- •A proforma invoice is generated upon order submission and must be confirmed before production begins.
- •Prices may vary based on order volume, Incoterm selection, and current exchange rates.
- •Maksimum B2B charges a 3% service commission on the total order value.
5. Payment Terms
The following payment methods are accepted:
- •T/T (Wire Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% before container loading.
- •L/C (Letter of Credit): Irrevocable, confirmed L/C at sight.
- •D/P (Documents Against Payment): Available for established accounts with minimum 3 prior orders.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Logistics rules:
- •Shipping terms follow ICC Incoterms 2020 (FOB, EXW, CIF, DDP).
- •Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
- •Risk of loss transfers according to the selected Incoterm.
- •Maksimum B2B coordinates logistics but is not the carrier.
7. Quality Guarantee
All products listed on the Platform come from verified manufacturers with the following guarantees:
- •Products match the specifications listed in the product catalog.
- •Manufacturers hold relevant certifications (ISO, CE, FDA as applicable).
- •Pre-shipment inspection is available upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
Maksimum B2B acts as an intermediary between buyers and manufacturers. While we verify manufacturers and facilitate transactions, we are not the manufacturer or direct seller. Our liability is limited to the service commission charged on each transaction.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Istanbul International Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) under ICC rules.
